How to Get Rid of Cellulite

The question on a lot of women’s lips come summer time is - How to get rid of cellulite? How can I hit the beach with my orange peel legs.  Its depressing thats for sure, but the one thing you will be surprised about is just how many other women are in exactly the same position as you.  Thankfully there are a number of ways you can approach this question:

  1. Diet
  2. Excercise
  3. Massage
  4. Medical Procedures
  5. Cellulite Creams

Lets start with diet, cellulite is obviously in some way dietary related as it is in essence a build up of fat, but if it was that simple then why is it that skinny celebrities are pictured with cellulite all the time.  I would suggest if you are trying to get rid of cellulite you should control your diet by eating healthily.  Extreme dieting is not the answer.

Exercise again can play a part in reducing cellulite but recommending crazy cellulite reducing exercise plans ain’t going to happen here.  Sensible exercise 3 times a week will suffice.

I’ve seen a lot talked about massage being used to reduce cellulite, apparently the thinking behind it is that the deep tissue massage will help flatten out the areas of cellulite deposit.  From what I have heard getting this done can be quite painful and while the results can be good initially, they don’t last long.

Medical procedures such as liposuction can in the short term get rid of cellulite, but if you don’t change your diet and exercise  regularly it will be back before you know it.  The risks involved in cosmetic surgery are well documented so I’m not going to go over that here, but what I will say is that while I don’t like to have cellulite the dangers and cost rule medical procedures out for me.

Cellulite creams are to me the answer – How to get rid of cellulite? Simple, a good cellulite cream.  My favourite is obviously revitol cellulite cream, but thats just because it has worked really well for me.  By combining a healthy diet, exercise and revitol cellulite cream, I’ve been able to get rid of cellulite to the point where I don’t even think about it any more, and even look forward to hitting the beach because I know I look the way I always hoped I would.
